So, today was our
first day in the studio and I started with helping with the set and setting up
the camera. As the visual mixer, I had to discuss the camera shot list
with the cameramen and camerawomen, which helped us to the plan for filming.
Once the cast for the show was seated, Dani discussed what was involved with
the structure and content for the show. I made sure that everyone was
comfortable and knew what their was doing crew and cast, as I couldn’t do the
vision mixing because my IPad wasn’t set up for filming. I also helped with Zak
with lighting, but this wasn’t his actually job as his the sound. Most of the
group crew worked well together as they all knew what was meant to do done
expect 2 people who we had issues with. We solved this by doing practise
through.
